Ingredients
- 8 Medium Potatoes (3 lbs)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cajun Spice
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat over to 425
- Wash and cube the potatoes into 1″ to 1 1/2″ chunks
- Add the potatoes along with all the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated and all ingredients are fully combined
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Roast potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes
- Individually flip each of the potato pieces
- Roast the potatoes for another 15 to 20 minutes, checking to make sure they do not burn
