Impulsive Culinarian’s BBQ Grilled Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Carrots, peeled & halved lengthwise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Warm BBQ grill over medium-low heat
- Toss all ingredients together in a shallow baking dish
- Place carrots flat-side down on the warm grill over “cool” spots, then close cover and grill for 10 minutes
- Flip carrots, close cover and grill for an additional 10 minutes
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy immediately
