Impulsive Culinarian’s Sauteed Garlic Scapes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh Garlic Scapes, 3″ cut
- 2 tbsp Dairy Free Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-low heat
- Add all ingredients to the warm skillet and saute for 4 minutes, stirring frequently
- Serve immediately
