Ingredients
- 2 large Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp White Wine
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cajun Spice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Line a baking sheet with tinfoil
- Place a cooling rack on top of the foil lined baking sheet
- Trim any excess fat from your boneless chicken breasts
- Place all of the reamining ingredients in a wide shallow bowl and mix together well
- Thoroughly coat the chicken breasts all around with your spice rub
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the rack and roast them in the oven for around 30 minutes
- Use an instant-read thermometer to make sure your chicken breasts are cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 150
- Transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board, tent them with tin foil and let the rest for 5 minutes
