Impulsive Culinarian’s Quick & Easy Healthy Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Sweet Potatoes (2 1/2 pounds), peeled, rustic french fry cut
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cajun Spice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into rustic french fry pieces
- In a large mixing bowl toss sweet potatoes with all remaining ingredients
- Lay seasoned french fries on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they start to brown underneath
- Remove from the oven & flip each of the fries over
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes
