Impulsive Culinarian’s Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 head of Cauliflower Florets, trimmed
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Shallots, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In two batches, blitz cauliflower florets in a food processor until granular throughout, transfer to a clean bowl
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Add olive oil to the warm skillet and saute onions for 2 minutes
- Add garlic cloves to the skillet and saute for another minute
- Add cauliflower to the skillet and saute for 15 minutes, stirring frequently
- Transfer to a clean bowl, season with salt & pepper to taste
- Serve immediately
