- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun Spice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish, ensuring salmon pieces are evenly spiced and not touching
- Once oven is at full temperature, bake in center rack for 5 minutes
- Transfer to a warm serving plate and enjoy immediately
