Ingredients
- 2 Seedless English Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 3 Shallots, thinly sliced
- Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Dairy Free Margarine
- 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Dill
- 1 tbsp Organic Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- Fold together gently until thoroughly combined
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately
