- 1/2 head Savoy Cabbage (3/4 pound), finely chopped
- 1 Carrot, coarsely grated
- 1/2 cup Dairy Free Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Organic Honey
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- Toss until thoroughly combined
- Refrigerate and serve
