Ingredients
- 2 heads Broccoli Florets, trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Toss all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Roast for 20 minutes in the center rack
- Garnish with freshly grated dairy free cheese if desired, serve and devour immediately
