Impulsive Culinarian’s Roasted Broccoli Recipe
Ingredient
- 2 ears of Fresh Sweet Corn, in husk
Instructions
- Heat BBQ over lowest heat setting for 10 minutes
- Trim tops and bottoms off of your ears of corn, removing any errant husk leaves
- Grill for 5 minutes on each of the cobs four sides (total 20 minutes)
- Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool for 10 minutes
- Shuck the corn, being careful to remove any silky hairs
- Using a sharp paring knife, remove corn kernels from the cob and transfer to a clean bowl
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy with salads or other meals throughout the week
