Impulsive Culinarian’s BBQ Beets Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds Beets, peeled, 1/4″ slice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 Green Onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat BBQ grill over medium heat
- Toss beets with oil, salt & pepper
- Lay beets on cool spots of the grill (over diffusers) and close the lid
- Grill for 20 minutes, then flip the beets over
- Grill for another 20 minutes
- Transfer to a shallow bowl or rimmed serving plate
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and green onions on top and serve warm
