Having been the welcome recipient of much produce from a friend’s communal garden, we were thankful and motivated to enjoy all this great fare before it spoiled. The zucchini alone was a meal in itself, and so it become the focus of our dinner pictured above.
Along with those beauties came a sizeable bushel of fresh turnip greens, which were sauteed with shallots and sliced garlic then seasoned nicely to receive; sautéed tiger shrimp!
