We have two very important allies on pizza night, Udi’s gluten free pizza shells, and a brick of Daiya’s dairy free Monterey Jack cheese. What you put in between however can be either boring and simple or turn up the dial to eleven!
This week’s variety included:
- Homemade pizza sauce with garden-fresh basil
- Roasted eggplant chips
- Thinly sliced beefsteak tomatoes
- Sauteed mushrooms
- Roasted peppers
- Finely grated daiya monetary jack cheese
There are no other pics of the final pies, because we devoured them … the end :)
