Sometimes we can lose sight of the bigger picture while getting wrapped up in the gritty details of tiny problems. Almost everything you read on Impulsive Culinarian is focused understandably on the food, but take a moment with me to appreciate this important non-culinary healthy lifestyle victory.
My awesome wife Liz has always been a beautiful, fit woman, but never one to sit on her laurels she has been slowly ramping up for this latest challenge … 10k in one of our local marathons. Having participated in an inaugural run last year she has neveed back, drastically improving her time this year and looking forward to several other 10k’s before the summer is through.
I’m very proud of this lovely woman as she continues to inspire all of us to be better and imagine for ourselves how happy we could be if we too got into the business of living a healthy lifestyle.
